I guess it's obvious that I'm struggling with motivation right now in light of all the "evaluations" we go through. Why do I feel a panic attack just because the door knob to my room moves? The current methods of motivation in our country are NOT working for me. Enjoy this video:

Motivation
There's a lot to be said about motivation. I think that Admin (local, state, and federal) are afraid that if teachers are left to their own motivation, they won't have a job. Their main purpose is to distract us so we are unable to have complete thoughts that could carry us and our students further than they could believe. Let me know what you think about this video (sorry, you'll have to watch at home, It was too large to convert otherwise).
