So as we prepare for another year and beginning the Common Core Math, we need to remember that we are the leaders in our classroom. Sometimes it may feel as if we are alone, but this video will show you that if you can maintain the momentum, it will pay off and your class will be dancing with you!!

Motivation
I guess it's obvious that I'm struggling with motivation right now in light of all the "evaluations" we go through. Why do I feel a panic attack just because the door knob to my room moves? The current methods of motivation in our country are NOT working for me. Enjoy this video:

Motivation
There's a lot to be said about motivation. I think that Admin (local, state, and federal) are afraid that if teachers are left to their own motivation, they won't have a job. Their main purpose is to distract us so we are unable to have complete thoughts that could carry us and our students further than they could believe.
